Today P7L presented their
Remembrance Assembly to parents and the school.
Pupils shared their research about men who fought in the First World
War, whose names can be found on the Stromness War Memorial. James Burgon
played the Last Post. Pupils had a serious and responsible attitude towards the
assembly, demonstrating respect for the men who lost their lives.

I really enjoyed this assembly and thought it was very interesting to hear about the men from Stromness who fought in the war. Very well delivered by P7L. Well done.
