WW2 topic

Today P7L had a look at some gas masks from WW2, which are from a museum box that we have on loan from the library.

 

We were not able to put the gas masks on, but it was good to see what the gas masks were like and to imagine what wearing one might have felt like. BBC radio audio clips have also been useful for building up an understanding of what life was like at the start of WW2.
